Rebecca attended the University of Georgia where she received her undergraduate from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication in Public Relations with an emphasis in Public Affairs.

Rebecca began her career in government relations and legislative affairs with the State of Georgia, having worked for both the Georgia Department of Transportation and in the Governor’s Office under the administration of Brian P. Kemp. During her time there, she worked alongside policy analysts and lobbyists on issues involving economic development, transportation, education, health care, and local government during the 2019 and 2020 legislative sessions.

After her time at the State, Rebecca began working in marketing and eventually business development management at a local health care administration company in the Atlanta area. Before entering the business development field, she primarily focused on researching, developing, and implementing marketing plans for the company and gained a thorough knowledge of market developments and marketing strategies/practices.
