For the past 20 years, Robert Han has primarily focused on the development of large, complex bundled solutions projects with Federal, State, and Local Governments and private entities. The project development process includes system design, costing, financial analysis modeling, coordination of subcontractors, engineers, and construction. Robert provides the technical, process, and product expertise for building infrastructure improvements, utility cost reduction solutions, and water/wastewater system improvements.

Robert has a Master’s in Construction Engineering Management and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Business Energy Professional (BEP), and Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM) . Robert has managed the development and supported the implementation of more than $550M in utility, operational, and infrastructure improvement projects. Some of these entities include: Lowndes County, GA ($43M); Cusseta-Chattahoochee County, GA ($5.2M); Georgia Institute of Technology, City of Atlanta Watershed ($86M), City of Atlanta Airport ($12M), Georgia Department of Corrections ($28.6M), Madison County Schools, GA ($9.9M); Aiken County Schools, SC ($43M); City of Palm Bay, FL ($4.1M); Classified U.S. Air Force Base, outside of Continental  U.S.A ($98M); Kentucky Commonwealth, various locations throughout KY ($2.2M).
